Quick answers
How long does the assessment take?
32 questions in 40 minutes, with eight questions each from Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and CAD Management. Questions carry 1, 2, 3 and 4 points by tier, for 80 points overall. Multiple choice, taken online with nothing to install.
What do the result levels mean?
The passing threshold is 70% (56 of 80 points). Grade ranges are Pass (70% to below 80%), High Pass (80% to below 90%), and Distinction (90% or above). These ranges describe assessment performance, not verified professional competence. You can take it twice.
Does certification expire?
No — your certificate is stamped with the release year you were assessed on (2025/2026 for Autodesk assessments or Archicad 29), so firms can see exactly how current you are.
