About this role
Our client, a NYC-based architecture firm specializing in high-end luxury residential design, is seeking a NYS Registered Architect with 5–15 years of experience to work on substantial single-family residential projects. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, signing and sealing drawings, managing NYC DOB filings, and coordinating with engineers and consultants throughout design and construction. Strong construction documentation and high-end residential experience required, along with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp or Rhino. Bachelor of Architecture required. Location: NYC Salary: $100,000–$150,000 Benefits: Full medical package, 401(k) contribution, and professional liability insurance coverage for license.
