About this role
Our client, a renowned architecture and design firm known for its high-profile cultural, civic, and institutional projects, is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer with 5+ years of experience to join a large, collaborative team working on a major ground-up cultural project entering a multi-year Construction Administration phase. Responsibilities include reviewing RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, coordinating with consultants, developing technical documentation, and managing Revit/BIM models. Advanced Revit proficiency, strong BIM coordination skills, and solid Construction Administration experience required. Familiarity with MEP systems and complex institutional projects a plus. Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. Location: NYC Client request: In Office Type: Project-to-Perm | Multi-Year Project Hourly Rate: $40–$50/hr
