DESIGN MANAGER / SENIOR ARCHITECT | HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL | LONG ISLAND — Our client, a growing real estate development company specializing in ground-up high-rise residential communities, is seeking a Design Manager/Senior Architect to oversee projects from schematic design through construction administration. The role will manage architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other consultants while overseeing design quality, budgets, schedules, materials, and construction. Strong experience with ground-up high-rise residential projects, AutoCAD, Revit, and construction administration is required. $ 140- 150k + excellent benefits, including medical, 401(k), performance bonuses, annual raises, and a lunch stipend.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on strength in Revit, AutoCAD.
