Our client is a Midtown Manhattan-based architecture firm specializing in commercial and residential buildings and spaces.
Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8–12 years of professional experience to oversee a new construction, 4-story multifamily residential building consisting of 80 apartments. The ideal candidate will have strong residential experience and the ability to manage the project through Design Development and Construction Documents, coordinating with the project team throughout the process.
This is a primarily remote opportunity requiring occasional in-person meetings and site visits.
Required:

8–12 years of professional architectural experience

Strong multifamily residential experience

Proficiency in Revit

Experience managing projects through DD and CD phases

Strong project coordination and communication skills
Education:
Bachelor of Architecture
Project Rate:
$55-65/hour
Schedule:
Primarily remote, with required team meetings in the NYC office 2–3 times per month and site visits as needed.
