Our client, located in Downtown Brooklyn, is a high-end single & multifamily design firm specializing in luxury residential interiors.
Description:
Our client is looking for Architects between 7-10 years of experience to support a 14-unit luxury residential condo project! Specific experience with new builds for condos in NYC is required. Any additional experience working with Eastern Long Island, Upstate NY and California high end residential properties welcome. You will be working collaboratively with their team of designers, as
well as trusted fabricators and contractors. This individual will be responsible for developing schematic design ideas, producing drawings/renderings for presentation, specifying materials and products, and helping guide clients through their very custom design process. In addition, the ability to work in AutoCAD is required and a long-term position may come from this temp role.
Required:
AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, are

Education:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
