Our client is a Midtown Manhattan-based architecture firm specializing in commercial and residential buildings and spaces.
Description:
Our client is seeking a Job Captain / Drafter to assist with a new construction, 4-story multifamily residential building consisting of 80 apartments. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit production skills and experience developing detailed architectural drawings through Design Development and Construction Document phases.
This is a primarily remote opportunity, working closely with the project team to produce accurate, coordinated drawing sets.
Required:

Strong Revit proficiency

Experience producing architectural construction documents

Multifamily residential experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Ability to coordinate with the project team throughout DD and CD phases
Education:
Bachelor of Architecture
Project Rate:
$40-55
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Primarily remote, with required team meetings in the NYC office 2–3 times per month.
