Intermediate Architect | Residential

Our client is a boutique architecture firm based in Upper Manhattan, specializing in high-end luxury residential design. Known for refined interiors and thoughtful detailing, the studio works on distinctive private residences with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and design excellence.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 5–10 years of experience to support ongoing residential interior renovation projects. This project-based opportunity, lasting through August, is ideal for an architect who excels in technical documentation and interior detailing, and who enjoys working in a collaborative, design-focused studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop construction documentation for residential renovation projects

• Produce detailed millwork and interior design drawings

• Assist with design development and technical detailing

• Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders

• Support project teams through key documentation phases

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

• Experience producing CDs and interior/millwork details

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio setting

Education:
B.Arch or BFA (or equivalent experience)

Compensation:
$40-60 p/hour
