Our client is a well-established architecture firm based in Brooklyn, NY, specializing in the design and delivery of multi-family residential developments throughout the New York City area.
Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator for a flexible, part-time opportunity supporting active multi-family residential projects. This role averages 20–30 hours per month and includes periodic site visits to projects located throughout North Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will oversee construction phase activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, respond to RFIs and submittals, conduct field observations, and help ensure projects are executed in accordance with design intent and construction documents.
Required:
- Experience providing Construction Administration services for multi-family residential projects
- Ability to perform site visits and prepare field reports
- Knowledge of construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with a flexible monthly schedule
Education:
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent professional degree
Salary / Hourly:
$45–65/hour, commensurate with experience.
