Our client is a well-established architecture firm located in Monmouth County, NJ, with a diverse portfolio spanning high-end residential, large-scale automotive dealerships, and mission-critical data centers. The firm offers a collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on a variety of sophisticated architectural projects.
Description:
Our client is seeking an Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience focused on single-family residential additions and renovations. This role is ideal for a technically strong architect who enjoys working through projects from initial concept and design development through construction documents. The Architect will be responsible for producing detailed AutoCAD drawings, coordinating design development, and helping bring high-end residential projects from conception through completion. This is a hybrid position based out of the firm's Spring Lake, NJ office, with two days in the office and three days remote each week.
Required:
- 5–10 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong experience with single-family residential additions and renovations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to develop projects from concept through construction documents
- Strong technical and construction documentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education:
Bachelor of Architecture
Schedule:
Hybrid – 2 days in the Spring Lake, NJ office / 3 days remote
Salary / Hourly:
$35-50 p/hour
