Description:
Our client is seeking an Architect/Drafter with 2-7 years of experience to work on residential projects including apartment renovations, single-family home additions, and ground-up construction. The role will focus on producing and developing construction documents while working closely with the project team. This is an ongoing opportunity with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Required:
- 2-7 years of architectural experience
- AutoCAD
- Rhino
- Residential project experience
- Strong construction documentation skills
Education:
Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
Salary / Hourly:
$30-50 p/hour
