Description:
The firm is seeking a talented and collaborative Architect / Designer to join their growing Transportation & Infrastructure Studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven professional who is passionate about shaping meaningful public projects and contributing throughout all phases of project development.
The selected candidate will play a hands-on role from conceptual design and presentations through construction administration, working closely with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale civic and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include developing creative design solutions, producing interior and exterior detailing, coordinating drawing sets, and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and enjoys working on projects that have a lasting impact on communities and the public realm.
Requirements:
4–7 years of post-graduate architectural experience
Strong analytical and technical abilities
Knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution and Building Code
Experience with construction document development and detailing
Experience with Microstation preferred
Functional knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, and/or Rhino
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Compensation:
$80,000 – $110,000
