Description
Our client is seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Architect with 3–9 years of professional experience to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and clients, contributing to the development of construction documents, technical studies, site investigations, and construction administration activities. Responsibilities
- Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and project deliverables for civic, transportation, and public-sector projects.
- Develop architectural drawings and details utilizing AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- Conduct site surveys, field investigations, and existing conditions documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination, and project presentations.
- Assist with construction administration, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions.
- Support projects through all phases, from planning and design through construction.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 3–9 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in MicroStation (required) and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and architectural drafting standards.
- Experience working on transportation, infrastructure, civic, or public-sector projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and project requirements.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
