About this role
Our client, a Midtown Manhattan architecture firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8–12 years of experience to oversee a new construction, 4-story, 80-unit multifamily residential project. The role will manage the project through Design Development and Construction Documents, coordinating with the project team and ensuring successful project delivery. Strong multifamily experience and Revit proficiency are required. Primarily remote, with in-person office meetings and site visits as needed (typically 2–3 times per week). Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. Project-based opportunity.
