Interior Designer | Multifamily Residential — Our client, a leading real estate developer in Nassau County, LI, specializing in ground-up high-rise residential communities, is expanding its in-house design team and seeking an Interior Designer. This role will support multifamily projects from concept through development, with responsibilities including interior design packages, renderings, finish selections, FF&E, and AutoCAD/Revit documentation. The ideal candidate will have multifamily residential experience, a strong design portfolio, and a good understanding of finishes, materials, and detailing. Revit preferred. This is a great opportunity to join a developer’s team and have involvement throughout the full project lifecycle. $85,000–$90,000 + benefits, including medical options, 401(k), annual raises, performance bonuses, and lunch stipend. Nassau County, walking distance to LIRR.
Ideal experience
