About this role
INTERIOR DESIGNER | MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL | LONG ISLAND — Our client, a leading real estate development company with a growing in-house design team, is seeking an Interior Designer to support the design of high-rise multifamily residential communities from concept through design development. Responsibilities include interior design packages, renderings, finish and material selections, FF&E, presentations, and coordination with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal development teams. Multifamily residential experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and a portfolio demonstrating complete interior design packages are required; Revit is a plus. $85K–$90K + excellent benefits, including medical, 401(k), performance bonuses, annual raises, and lunch stipend.
