I Guy Harris of the Information Technology Department would like to express extreme appreciation for the assistance and various services that Mr. Erich Bixler has provided us within his time here at AIROOM, Inc. He made himself available for our projects with out any scheduling conflicts or time constraints. His work on our Autodesk software installation went very well taking into account what he had to work with as far as our equipment, time, and scheduling issues. Erich's assistance with our software upgrade to Autodesk Architectural Desktop 3.3, server installation, and workstation deployment enhanced the ability for the project to be successful. The applications development and customization efforts that he applied have allowed our Architectural entity to be successful at getting their objectives completed with high praise and appreciation.

I have personally worked with him on many occasions and he always performed in a professional, knowledgeable, assertive manner. I would be honored to further work with him in the future and would recommend him to any company or firm needing the types of services that he can provide.
