- What does it cost to be a member?
Nothing. Joining the Relationship
Points® program is free.
All you have to do is purchase your Autodesk products exclusively from
CFA – and of course, actively use CFA’s
placement services!
- How many points are accrued for each hour I contract a CFA consultant?
1 hour = 1 point
- If I give CFA an exclusive for Autodesk software, how can I guarantee a competitive price?
CFA is known for value and we back it with this guarantee. Any time during your membership you are invited to seek comparative bids from qualified Autodesk
resellers. We suggest that you provide at least two. If CFA is not already the lowest bidder, we will match the lowest legitimate bid in our selling territory.
- Can I have advanced access to your price list?
Yes. As a CFA client you have
unfettered access to the Autodesk products we resell, including pricing. You can find this information on our eStore
at www.CADstoreOnLine.com
- Do I have to use CFA’s placement service on an
exclusive basis too?
No. You
need simply to purchase your Autodesk products from us.
- If I use your services will your job placement
dept. “headhunt” our staff?
No, never. We feel we have a moral and ethical
obligation not to hire staff away from our customers, and we guarantee not
to. This has been CFA’s policy since
1984.
- What if we have been purchasing our Autodesk Software from another reseller?
No problem. Autodesk does not discriminate regarding resellers, and Autodesk customers are invited to purchase their software from any authorized reseller in your area. This would mean that your future Autodesk purchases would be made exclusively through CFA, on a company-wide basis.
- What if we already have a relationship with another Autodesk Reseller for training and support?
Again. No problem. If you are satisfied with your current training and support relationship with another reseller there is no reason to make a change. Our membership program deals exclusively with software. On the other hand, you may just want to try out our award-winning Premier Autodesk Training and Support services.
- How do I accumulate reward points?
When you contract with a consultant referred by CFA, the number of hours he/she spends on your project earns you the same number of Relationship Points® Therefore, the more consultants you hire, the more points you earn.
- Do my reward points ever expire?
No. Points have no expiration
date, so you can save up for more expensive rewards without any worries.
However, you cannot redeem your points if you don’t purchase your Autodesk
products exclusively from CFA during your membership.
- What's the minimum number of points I need
before I can redeem them?You can redeem points as soon as you have enough for
the reward you want, or you can let them continue to accrue.
- Why were points forfeited from my Relationship Points® account?
As a CFA client you are expected to pay your bills in
full within one week upon receipt. If you are delayed paying your bill by
30 days or more, points that equal the outstanding amount due to CFA will
automatically be deducted from your Relationship Points®
account. Once all balances due are
satisfied, points that have been forfeited can be reinstated.
- How
do I reinstate reward points?
Once
all balances due are satisfied, you can reinstate your forfeited points by
paying your next invoice on time and in full, at which point they will
immediately return to your account and be available for use.
- If I return my purchases, will my Relationship Points® be refunded?
If you return an item for
which you used points to purchase, you will receive a
Relationship Points credit. This credit can be applied to your next Relationship
Points® purchase. However, shipping fees cannot be
reimbursed.

The Fine Print
CFA Relationship Rewards Members may
terminate this agreement at any time by submitting written notice to a CFA
representative 30 days prior to their termination date.
CFA reserves the right to modify the
Relationship Points Program at any time.
CFA reserves the right to eliminate
the program within a six-month notice.
