Description:
We seek a
high energy person for fast-paced business placing architects
and building design professionals on a project and permanent
basis at successful and rewarding firms. Strong communication
and a positive personality required.
Requirements
Greets
vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, assist
staff, etc. when needed. Operate a simple 10-line switchboard to
route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Maintain office
supplies and general office condition. Must have knowledge of
commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the
staffing industry. Reports to a supervisor or manager and relies
on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the
functions of the job.
Education
Requires a
high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-3 years of
experience in the field or in a related area.
