Staffing Services>Seeking Work

Teamwork. Expertise. Commitment.

Our mission is to partner with you, the candidate, to identify the most desirable architecture and design firms in the field and to partner with you, the client, to locate the best architecture and design talent the profession has to offer.  We look for compatible environments, cultures and design sensibilities to insure a comfortable fit for all on a project or permanent basis.  We also know that in order to be successful over the long term, making a good match is not enough.  With this in mind, CFA strives to provide the best customer service before and after each placement.  Candidates and firms are our only customers because staffing is our only business.  Everyone is treated the same, regardless of the size of the account or their level of experience and every call our placement staff receives is unique. Because every call is unique, there is something to learn from each one. We realize that customers are not only the priority: they are also our most valuable resource.
